The prices of products and services on RJ Enterprise are set by the sellers. RJ Enterprise does not charge any fees for listing or selling products or services. However, RJ Enterprise may charge a fee for certain payment processing services.

4. Payment

RJ Enterprise accepts payments from credit cards and PayPal. When you make a purchase on RJ Enterprise, you authorize RJ Enterprise to charge your credit card or PayPal account for the amount of the purchase.

5. Shipping

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. RJ Enterprise does not charge any shipping fees. However, sellers may charge shipping fees for their products.

6. Returns and Refunds

RJ Enterprise does not offer refunds for products that have been shipped. However, sellers may offer refunds for their products. Please contact the seller directly to inquire about their return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on RJ Enterprise, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, is the property of RJ Enterprise or its licensors. You may not use any of this content without the express permission of RJ Enterprise or its licensors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RJ Enterprise harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of RJ Enterprise.

All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Headings

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

15. Binding Effect
